Учебные курсы от Dassault

Каждая из CAD систем хороша по совему, но есть ряд программ окруженных ареолом таинственности и неземной крутости. Одной из таких систем, повергающей своих врагов в ужас а апологетов в трепет  бесспорно является Catia. Или если более полно Dassault Systemes CATIA. И не важно что в ней работает гораздо меньшее количество людей, нежели хвастается и интересуется, но за толковые учебные курсы, книги, видео многие готовы продать свою душу (в основном фигурально). Думаю, тем интереснее для таких людей будет мое сегодняшнее сообщение.
Дело в том, что недавно (по крайней мере в facebook пробежало буквально на днях), случилось событие, которое не смотря на мою полную занятость и оторванность от всемирной паутины я не могу пропустить без внимания.

Так вот, недавно, в ленте я увидел скромную надпись:

А это значит что компания Dassault Systemes открыла студентам доступ к огромной базе учебных материалов. Причем сразу по трем продуктам: CATIA v5, CATIA v6, ABAQUS.

CATIA v5

Getting Started with CATIA V5  - 4 часа
This course will teach you how to start working in CATIA V5. You will learn how to perform basic operations using the standard user interface elements and tools. You will also learn about graphic properties and how to use the basic visualization techniques to view objects in CATIA V5.
CATIA V5 Fundamentals - 40 часов
This course will teach you about CATIA V5. You will learn how to build simple parts and assemblies in CATIA, and how to make simple drawings of those parts and assemblies.
CATIA Part Design - 8 часов
This course will teach you how to use the CATIA Part Design workbench to design 3D mechanical parts from 2D sketches. You will learn the fundamental methods of creating and modifying solid features of 3D parts in order to prepare them for manufacturing.
CATIA Sketcher - 8 часов
This course will teach you how to use the CATIA Sketcher workbench. You will learn how to create two-dimensional sketches by drawing and constraining the various geometric elements. You will also learn how to analyze the sketches and edit them.

Freestyle Sketch Tracer -4 часа
This course will teach you how to import images in the CATIA V5 environment and use them as a background or a basis for your design.

CATIA Product Design - 8 часов

This course will teach you how to use the Generative Shape Design tools. You will learn how to create wireframes and surfaces. CATIA V5 Analysis - 8 часов
This course will introduce the concepts and benefits of Finite Element Analysis and the general analysis process. It will teach you how to prepare a model for analysis, create 1D, 2D and 3D FE models, and compute a simple static analysis for a single part or an assembly.

Getting Started with ENOVIA V6 - 16 часов

This course teaches you the essential concepts of ENOVIA V6. You will learn how Dassault Systemes implements PLM 2.0 on the V6 Platform. You will also learn the basic concepts and tools used to manage the V6 Architecture. CATIA Mechanism Simulation Essentials - 8 часов

This course will teach you to simulate a mechanism. You will learn how to complete and animate a mechanism, then learn how to define behavior by manually recording an animation and by using laws. You will learn how to include analysis of measurements, interferences, speeds and accelerations. Finally, you will learn how to generate traces, swept volumes and snapshots which can be used when reviewing the simulation results.

В рамках курса Вы научитесь создавать полноценные конечно-элементные модели, отправлять задачи на решение и следить за их статусом, смотреть и обрабатывать результаты. Вы сможете решать задачи с использованием стандартного варианта МКЭ либо Явного решателя, который позволяет считать задачи с большими нелинейностями, деформациями, контактами и скоростями.

Как видим список вполне впечатляет. И даже если не позволяет в совершенстве овладеть всеми возможностями систем, но может дать достаточно хорошее продвижение. Кроме того там есть материалы не только для  студентов, но и для преподавателей.
Для того чтобы получить доступ к материалам, необходимо зарегистрироваться предоставив при этом скан удостоверения (студенческого либо преподавательского).
Самое интересное (а по мне странное) заключается в том, что доступ к учебным материалам предоставляется бесплатно и практически любому, а вот к программному обеспечению - только за деньги. Студенческая версия CATIA стоит 100 условных единиц (долларов или евро в зависимости от страны проживания). Курсы в осноном англоязычные, есть варианты на французском и немецком, но их крайне мало. русскоязычных курсов - увы нет, так что  как обычно выход один - учить английский.

Из грандов DS остается чуть ли не единственной кто не дает студентам возможности бесплатно ознакомиться со своими продуктами. Но похоже скоро нас ждут изменения, раз раскрыли курсы. Надеюсь это скоро будет не слишком долгим ;)
